His Excellency's views
it is finally
Resolved that the Council having
Carefully considered all the documents and evidence in the case by letter with the recommendations contained in the

Central School dated 25 February 1936
is of opinion that Mr. Hearn's generally
immoral and disreputable conduct
disqualified him for any Office
connected with the education of youths, and that his continuance in the
Office of Head Master would greatly prejudice the character
of the Central School. The Council therefore
resolved to suspend Mr. Hearn pending
State
the decision of HM Secretary of State. Salary and allowance to be paid to him in the interval at
the rate of $ hundred and fifty dollars per month.
